Everyone's path to happiness is different. But Action for Happiness’s review of the latest research has identified 10 Keys to Happier Living that consistently tend to make people's lives happier. Together they spell "GREAT DREAM".
The first five (GREAT) relate to how we interact with the outside world in our daily activities: Giving - Relating - Exercising - Appreciating - Trying out.
The second five (DREAM) come more from inside us and depend on our attitude to life: Direction - Resilience - Emotion - Acceptance – Meaning.
The workshop will explore the 10 Keys with interactive activities and discussion. Participants will be encouraged to identify practical actions that they can take to boost their own happiness and also be a force for positive change at home, at work and in the community.
